Geekfest at
Sunrise Mountain Library Today!
The
award-winning Falcons Robotics Team #842 from Carl Hayden High School which
originally made up of four boys who won a national championship against MIT 10
years ago. The current team will be dedicating their time to promote STEM
education. The Sunrise Mountain Library will be hosting GeekFest 2014 as an
example of a program designed to get the youth excited about science and math –
the program will discuss the science of roller coasters and controlled
robotics.
