Splash for Safety Event

With warmer weather upon us, outdoor activities are once again on the rise for our community – along with the city of Peoria website, we would like to preach the importance of water safety to prevent tragic accidents this summer. Drowning has been the number one cause of accidental injury death in the United States amongst children who are between the ages of one and four. The Rotary Club of Peoria, will be sponsoring its first “Splash 4 Safety” event, which will feature “Josh the Otter” on Saturday May 24^th between one and four.
